What I liked

- Simplicity of software
- Felt supported
- Demonstrated potential of blogs well
- Good combination of group and individual support
- Creative potential of blogs shown
- Multiple applications for self-publishing tools
- Tutors' attitude - patient, knowledgeable, kind, positive in approach
- Catering was fine

Challenges

- Needed a Light Pro
- Computers setbacks - very frustrating
- Not enough practice time - easy to forget without practice

Bright Ideas

- Check computers thoroughly beforehand
- Step-by-step notes to aid memory after session
